The one week breaks sux!!!!It means impending exams and assignments!!!!!!0_o
Yesterday Baker Tan tried to make Jap cheesecake! Halfway through i did something wrong!I didn't remove the mixture from the heat!Later on, i suspect i didn't mix enough....well....ok...i told myself maybe all these isn't that critical! after 10 mins i check the oven, the cake looks good!!Yeah!!!Victory!!!After 30 mins ok...things are not looking that pretty - the cake is half paralysed. Out from the oven...I cut it...it was so soft!too soft!!ahhh..and u can see 2 layers within the slice! I decided to risk my life! *BITE* ok it tastes correct but it was too airy and soft!!!! maybe i beat the egg white for too long???oh man....
Time fliessssss - Fabian is off to be an army boy now!!Its kind of a sad thing that i don't get to see the mohawk (that everyone luvs) !!The little boy is now going to defend the country!!!!!!U will be badly missed!!!!Please don't be too much of an eye candy for the guys inside! and i book u in advance for end of the year partiessss!!! i don't know why am i getting so emotional that zbaf is going into Tekong~~ please remember where u bury your faeces at your outfield!!
